Description:
Desert Renewable Energy Conservation Plan (DRECP) Plan Area Boundary.

An interagency planning effort of the REAT agencies addressing a biological conservation framework for the California Desert. The DRECP consists of a California Desert Biological Conservation Framework, a Phase I DRECP BLM Proposed LUPA, and a Phase II addressing private (nonfederal) lands.
