Description:
This dataset displays the location of parcels enrolled in the Williamson Act and non-renewals in Madera County.  This includes agricultural preserves and farmland security zones.

The dataset was created by CBI with data provided by the Madera County Assessor's office.  A spreadsheet was provided of all parcels in the county that included a "use code" field.  A list of use codes was also provided.  CBI was able to join the spreadsheet to the Parcels dataset, and select parcels with each use code to make this dataset.
